​​I believe being healthy and fit isn’t a trend or short term solution. It is a lifestyle!

I was working out four to five times a week and I really enjoyed doing it, however I’ve always had questions in terms of how nutrition, anatomy and fitness all worked together. This was the moment that I decided I wanted to become a Personal Trainer. I gained deep understanding of how exercise works and the incredible things it can do for the human body by having a personalised training programme.

I started covering fitness exclusively, setting long-term goals, try new thing. It became my sole job to give people smart, actionable information about exercise, reach their fitness goals in step by step process by turning their fitness journey into a lifestyle.

If you are looking for a Personal Trainer that will be with you every step of your journey, encourage you, motivate you, push you beyond your limits, and have a good laugh along the way!

TRX & Abs = Training utilises your own body weight in each exercise, allowing you to choose the level of intensity that is right for you

GP REFERRALS QUALIFICATION

The patient with  specific medical condition or a long-term health problem, Exercise referral specialist designs a exercise programme based on the specific needs of an individual patient.

Circuit Training

Circuit Training= is a form of body conditioning or resistance training used in high-intensity aerobics. It targets strength building and muscular endurance.

Strength & Conditioning

Strength and Conditioning is the specialist area encompassing the planning and implementation of physical preparation programmes for performance. It includes processes that result in physical adaptation, integrating fitness components into a programme, which compliments other aspects of the performer’s development.

Bootcamp and Outdoor Fitness

Bootcamp and Outdoor Fitness = A military training camp with very harsh discipline. A short, intensive, and rigorous course of training.

Kettlebells

Kettlebells are some of the most powerful tools for improving your fitness and physique. They combine strength training, mobility, flexibility and cardiovascular endurance.

HIIT Training

High Intensity Interval Training =is a system of organising cardiorespiratory training which calls for repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals intermingled with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery.
