What to expect from me?
As a Personal Training client of mine you will learn and adapt correct exercise techniques, exercises and training styles suitable to you and your goals, build confidence with all the equipment and machines in the gym.
I understand how daunting the gym can be and how overwhelming tackling health and fitness goals can be, I’ve been there. You don’t have to do this alone!
As your Personal Trainer and Coach I am with you every step of the way to tackle all hurdles head on and work with you to achieve your goals!
As a client of mine, you will be educated on how to train more efficiently and eat better!
I don’t believe in quick fixes, detoxes, endless hours of cardio, starvation methods or anything that can leave you in a worse off situation. Your health and happiness is always of utmost importance to me.
Each of my clients are individuals in their own unique ways! Training and nutrition plans are customised and personalised to the individuals goals, experience and lifestyle – it never a one size fits all!
